Frequently asked questions about the Bidali Commerce SDK
Do we have to prefund to integrate?
No. Your users pay for each order from their own balance or wallet, so there is nothing to prefund.
Can we whitelabel? What customization options are available?
We don’t offer a full white label yet, but you can set brandColor and force a light or dark theme to match your app. Both are optional.
A small “Powered by Bidali” appears in the footer, and customers receive their gift cards in an email from Bidali. We can co-brand those emails with your app’s name, for example Your order from Bidali via Your App (ORDER_ID).
How does this work?
When a user checks out, Commerce sends your app a payment request: the amount, the currency, the address to pay and, on some networks, a memo. Your app shows its own confirmation screen and the user approves the payment.
What currencies do you accept?
Digital dollars like USDC and OUSD, along with a range of other digital currencies on several networks. See the supported currencies and the protocol identifiers to use in paymentCurrencies.

How do partners earn?
We share up to 50% of our discount on every gift card your users buy, and you choose how much to pass on as a discount, cash back or points. There are no platform or integration fees. See the partner program.
Which terms apply?
Using the SDK and APIs is covered by our Developer Usage Agreement. Your users' purchases are covered by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
